We can talk about your business, what you’d like to improve and how we could help. An introductory call is free and takes 20 minutes.
Agree the scope
We discuss the research, workshop or design work your project needs, then agree what we’ll deliver and the fee before paid work begins.
Research and design
We work with your team and the people who use your product or service. You see the designs as they develop and can try them before committing to a build.

Research, design and test websites, digital products and services. Work through customer needs, journeys and interfaces with your team, using prototypes to try ideas before a build.
AI discovery and workflows
Understand current workflows and AI use, compare opportunities and define a practical first pilot. Start with the AI Discovery Workshop, then scope any deeper research, build and adoption support around what your team needs.
Designing with the people who use it.
We involve the people who use your product or service in the research and design. Their experience helps us understand the problems and test whether a proposed change would help.
For AI projects, this includes deciding what the tools can do, what people need to check and when a task needs human judgement. We also look at whether a process change or an existing tool would do the job.
AI Discovery Workshop
Map how your business works, identify AI opportunities and develop an initial integration plan. The workshop usually runs for around 90 minutes, with activities tailored after the preparation conversations. A written plan and follow-up are included.
