AI Experience Design
We work with teams to design AI into complex products and everyday workflows. We help decide where AI can be useful, what people need to check and when the system should ask before acting.
Putting staff in charge of the reply
Practicia is a local practice-administration prototype using fictional records and simulated delivery. The reply-review walkthrough keeps the enquiry beside an editable sample-template draft, then asks a staff member to approve the reply. Live practice testing and integration validation are still ahead.
Read the enquiry, check and edit the draft, then approve the reply. Approval and delivery are separate states; this example simulates delivery.
Design leadership
Tino worked with UNIT on research synthesis, workshops and navigation concepts. The recommendations connected navigation, labels and content ownership.
Tino’s earlier UX work includes Accenture.
Across products, shared patterns can help show sources, explain missing data and ask for approval. Those patterns need testing in the workflows where people will use them.
